Transfering ringers and call tones

I have a usb cable a nd a 4 gig memory stick. I have put mp3's on my stick so I can use my rumor as a mp3 player. How can I transfer ring tones to my stick to use on my phone. I downloaded one from a free site to my computer and I wanted to transfer it to my phone to use but can not figure it out. Can someone help me out?

u can acess Righton On Your Phone or From PC Because Righton is Hinding On Phone u can see it but dont worry we are going to find software he can fix all problem Like Donwload fROM Browser Evoke and Java and More we going to change Motorola Evoke to Iphone Touche hahaha
